Advantages and Disadvantages of tubeless tires

First of all, one of the most obvious advantages of the tubeless tire is that after the tubeless tire is punctured, its air leakage process is very long and the air leakage is very slow. After the ordinary inner tube is punctured, it will be discovered immediately, and the tire will be completely leaked in a short time.

But once the tubeless tire is punctured, it may take a month or two before we find out that the tire is punctured and air leaked, which greatly reduces the embarrassment when the tire is suddenly punctured.

Secondly, the wear resistance and thermal conductivity of tubeless tires are much better than ordinary inner tubes. Because there is no inner tube inside the tubeless tire, the thermal friction generated by the resistance during the driving process of the car can be released directly through the wheel hub quickly.

At the same time, because there is no inner tube between the tire and the hub inside the tubeless tire, the structure inside the tire is also reduced, and unnecessary damage to the entire tire caused by friction between the inner tube and the outer tire is avoided.

Disadvantages of Tubeless Tires

But tubeless tires also have a big disadvantage, that is, tubeless tires are not suitable for objects with particularly heavy loads, which is why some large trucks still use traditional ordinary inner tubes.
