Implement the responsibility system for guaranteeing sections with higher or higher risk of highway disasters, consolidate the main responsibility of enterprises, and improve the meteorological warning response mechanism. Implement measures to clear congestion and ensure smooth traffic on busy sections, strengthen the pre-positioning of rescue forces, and timely release travel reminder information. Strengthen the charging service guarantee for new energy vehicles, implement monitoring and dispatching and guarantee measures, and alleviate the busy charging situation.
